Where do I enter my discount code?
If you have a discount, coupon, promotional, or business code
you can enter it during the checkout process in the field titled
"promotion code". You will see a discount in your order summary

Will I get a confirmation email?
We will send out a confirmation email for every order placed on
our web site. Because of the increasing efforts by Internet
Service Providers and email applications to block "spam",
sometimes our emails get "filtered" as spam unintentionally.
If you do not receive the order confirmation email, please check
your "junk" or "spam" email folder to see if it is there. If you
still do not find it, call our Customer Care Team at 1-800-520-0573
and we will resend it. The best way to ensure that you receive emails
from us is to add "newsletter@bloomstoday.com" to your email address

What are the delivery fees?
We do not charge delivery fees for floral delivered products,
there is a standard $4.99 service fee associated with every floral order.
We do carry products that are shipped
(such as cakes, gift baskets, and lollipops), and the shipping costs
for these items are based on the delivery option selected during checkout
(such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.).

What are my payment options?
Blooms Today gladly accepts Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express.
As a VeriSign secured site, all transactions on our site are as secure as possible.
Before proceeding with an order, we make an effort to obtain an authorization on
your credit card at the point of sale. If there are any problems with securing
and authorization, you will be notified as soon as possible via the phone or email.

Will the arrangement look like the picture?
We will deliver arrangements representing the designs shown
on our site as closely as possible. Due to various seasonal
and regional conditions, availability of some flowers may
be very limited in certain areas. Also, specific flower
varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a
specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet
pictured or requested may not be available for delivery.
In this event, the local florist will deliver a second choice
of similar flowers and container of equal value and beauty.
Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall
color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance
due to designer interpretation. In single variety arrangements,
variety will take preference over color. In case of
substitutions, we still stand behind every order with our
100% Money Back Guarantee.

Can I request different colors?
Requests may be made for arrangements with different colors
than shown on our web site, but we cannot guarantee availability of
products in the requested colors. There is a space in the checkout
process to enter special instructions for the order, feel free to enter

How do I send orders to multiple recipients?
If you wish to order flowers or gifts for delivery to multiple
shipping addresses please call us for assistance. Unfortunately,
our website can not currently handle multiple items to separate
shipping addresses. You may place these as separate online orders,
or if you prefer, please call us at 1-800-359-5309 to place these
orders.

What is the cancellation policy?
Blooms Today cannot cancel or change orders already delivered or
presently in route. If you find it necessary to cancel or change
