You have probably heard many stories of how and why flowers are being delivered but I was especially touched when I fielded a call from a soldier stationed in Iraq, he was calling from overseas, to make sure that his wife knew he remembered her on Mother's Day. I also got a call from a gentleman sending flowers to his wife, she was waiting to be deployed overseas on Monday, he wasn't going to see her for 7 months. Although I fielded many calls Friday and Saturday it was after these two calls I started feeling differently about receiving flowers. These guys know if they can't be there in person - the next best thing was sending their love with flowers. Now that's great!

Inside Sales Reps
Responsibilities include answering incoming sales calls, consult with customer and secure sales. Enter orders into database. Successful candidate must understand and practice techniques to increase capture rate, and practice techniques for up selling. Familiarity with florist products, prices, and availability are a plus for this position. Incumbent must have accurate data entry skills, ability to type quickly and accurately, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. Clear phone voice is required. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone that thrives on daily interaction with customers via phone.
