Blooms Rewards Frequently Asked Questions

 

 

1.      How long are printable coupons valid?

 

Each printable coupon is valid for 2 weeks from the date printed, unless otherwise stated on the coupon. The expiration date is printed on the coupon.

 

2.      I attempted to print a coupon but it did not print.

Please review the following prior to attempting to print another coupon:

·         Make sure the printing device is plugged into your computer and into an electrical outlet.

·         Make sure the printing device power switch is on.

·         Make sure the printing device is working. (To ensure that it is working, try to print a document that you have previously printed.)

·         Make sure there is paper in your printing device.

·         Make sure the paper is not jammed.

·         Determine if you need to change the cartridge, ribbon or toner.

      (Please note, you must utilize a MAC or PC to print out any coupons.)

 

 

3.      How often can I print and use coupons?

·         You may print 4 Premium Discounts per calendar month. You will not be able to roll over your discount(s) if you choose not to print a Premium Discount before the end of the month. Each Premium Discount may only be printed once.

·         You may print Unlimited 20% off discounts during your membership period (if available in your program).

 

4.      How do I change my location?

Log in to Blooms Rewards and click on the start saving now button. At the top of the screen you’ll see “Your Location followed by the city, state and zip code.  Just click on the change location in parentheses and enter a new zip code.

 

5.      There are no offers in my area.

Participating merchants may be found in most metropolitan areas. Please try broadening your search results. Change your zip code search to areas within a 5, 10 or 15 mile radius.  If you still cannot locate offers in you area, they may be unavailable.
