Employment Opportunities

Blooms Today, a national sales and marketing company for the floral industry, is currently hiring full time work-at-home sales agents. This position is for servicing inbound calls only. Our performance-based earnings program allows our sales agents to earn up to $15.00 to $18.00 per hour and save on all transportation expenses!

Qualified candidates must have a professional and polite manner and have a secure, private area in their home to take sales calls and customer service calls. The work station must be free from all noise and distractions during scheduled work shifts. The work station must have a reliable high speed internet connection. A dedicated phone line may be required unless quality VOIP technology is available.

Schedules will not vary from week to week after a defined work schedule is provided. Only full-time positions are available with a minimum requirement of 35 hours per week. Your work phone and performance are monitored daily.

Primary Responsibilities:

Performs accurate order entry of all customer sales and inquiries.

Help customers with product selections and offer suggestions to complete sales.

Sells in compliance with all applicable policies and procedures of Blooms Today.

Attends online training programs regularly to increase effective and efficient sales efforts.

Meets or exceeds company performance standards for conversion of orders and other products and services.
